Basics
Shadow Tangela is a Grass-type Pokémon. Its 100% IV CP is 1,278 at level 20 (Shadow Raids), 1,598 at weather-boosted level 25 and up to 2,530 at level 50. It is weak to Fire/Ice/Poison/Flying/Bug attacks (1.6×). It resists Water/Electric/Grass/Ground attacks. In raids, Vine Whip + Grass Knot is its strongest moveset (level 40, 100% IVs). It evolves into Shadow Tangrowth with 100 Candy and Sinnoh Stone. As your buddy, it earns 1 Candy every 3 km you walk together.

Tangela's vines snap off easily if they are grabbed. This happens without pain, allowing it to make a quick getaway. The lost vines are replaced by newly grown vines the very next day.
